Due to the nature of single family office and high net worth client ownership structures, which can be simple or complex and onshore or offshore, access to the same financing products from lenders may be difficult. Solutions for
high-net-worth
clients

 

We offer unique liquidity solutions to high-net-worth individuals who can borrow capital against prime real estate with the use of the funds for the purposes - personal cash flow, to invest
in business, for refurbishment, to acquire new assets or to invest in their projects.

We have successfully arranged equity release and high value loans for high-net-worth clients who have UK and International property with complex multi-jurisdiction structures.

Our Liquidity Solutions include:

Equity release

  • High-net-worth individuals and families traditionally safe-harbour their investments by investing in prime real estate. These portfolios generally are highly illiquid but considered to be safe investments. This leaves limited options for immediate short or long-term liquidity needs.

  • We offer solutions of equity release through loans for prime real estate portfolios and individual assets across UK and Europe.

Short term (up to 24 months) loans

  • We offer financing solutions for High Value (starting from GBP 10 million) and Complex loans (starting from GBP 1 million) for UK and complex offshore structures and international cross border transactions

  • These solutions cover international and multi jurisdiction ownership and prime real estate for UK, International and complex ownership structures

Investment Portfolio Loans

  • We provide solutions for loans against investment portfolios working with Tier-1 Banking partners. These are collateralised against client’s investments which include liquid portfolio of structured products, equities, bonds or known regulated investments funds.

Art
Financing

 

Fine art Collectors with a sizeable portfolio may find themselves in the situation where a significant amount of their wealth is locked into their artwork. Collectors may not be aware of the possibility of art-secured loans. We offer a solution to these art collectors with the ability to unlock part of their wealth for a certain period of time and have access to financing, whilst keeping ownership of their artwork. In the current macro-economic environment, some family offices or high net worth individuals in ownership of a portfolio of artwork may be seeking liquidity to pursue new business opportunities.

Lending Criteria

1.     Loan size: EUR 3,000,000 - EUR 50,000,000 (subject to nature and liquidity of the collateral)
2.     Term of the loan: 1 to 3 years
3.     Minimum value per artwork : EUR 100,000
4.     Currencies: US Dollar, Euro, GBP
5.     Indicative Loan to Value (LTV): Ranging from 25% to 50% depending on the nature of the collateral & valuation
6.     Art Period: From Impressionist to Contemporary Art
